Happy father's day

Dad.. you are the most important male in my life. I wish i always made you happy and proud of me. i can't imagine my life without you. I cannot stand to lose you.

We believe we are hurt when we don’t receive love. But that is not what hurts us. Our pain comes when we do not give love. We were born to love. Oh Arjun, a Yogi cannot eat too much or too little.

A Yogi is never afraid.

The Yogi who's mind is concentrating on God

To become a Yogi
you have to practice being calm.

Later that day I got to thinking about relationships. There are those that open you up to something new and exotic, those that are old and familiar, those that bring up lots of questions, those that bring you somewhere unexpected, those that bring you far from where you started, and those that bring you back to life.
