Yoga and pilates


Well, pilates is a kind of training. You can exercise all the body and find a great help if you have orthopedic problems especially in the back. But yoga is a whole culture, it's not just training. It brings peace in mind. You find mental relaxation, even orientation. It changes the way you think. It helps slowing down the crazyness of today. Try it once and you'll see. I have been practising yoga for a year and a half. Since then I've become a totally different person. Namaste.
