i'm so happy that i'm starting a new yoga teaching class tomorrow, in the block of flats, i live, for free. I miss practising yoga and i'll start again tomorrow. i'm so thrilled. Duckie hit with the motorcycle and i've totally freaked out, he broke both arms. i think my volunteering will send to universe a message to help him back. please God....
