happy meal and training

 I love quiches, bake, eat.. i can eat a dozen. then comes working out because they have a lot of calories and I prefer to eat something and then exercise than not eat it at all. I have told you in the past that I love training with the DVDs of Tracy Anderson, although she can be a real hard trainer. You sweat from the first minute. try it and you'll see....
