A lovely breeze in life
I've so been wanting to get into Zumba for so long - it looks like a ridiculous workout! :)
well, i disagree. it's quite the oppposite. it is a very exhausting workout, especially for the back part of the body and the legs (they burn!!). If you aren't training regularly and you dance zumba, you're be paining all over your body. try it and then judge it.
