i am sitting on my desk at the office comfortably, having some peaceful moments before the boss goes in and the never ending orders start. He has this bad habit planning almost nothing and wanting everything to be perfect, but asking for them at the last minute. When the boss was a former collaque things get a little weird. How could you tell him to change tactic without insulting him or putting yourself in a bad position, making sound like a recommendation? In order to save yourself from stress not to skip working.  i'm still thinking of it. I could say "a friendly advice without any intention to intrude??" 

Anyway this weekend i'm spending time with my Goddaughter Mandi, she took her name from her mother's favourite role of Cybil Shepherd in Moonlighting. We both loved Moonlighting, we watched it like crazy, as teenagers. I got to dive in the past:
