good morning pumpkins... today is my last day here in Alonnisos, i'm returning home for a day and then leave next day for Olympia city in Peloponnese, where my parents in law live. I had a great time here, mostly i relaxed and enjoyed the sun. i believe i gained some weight because of the tasteful local specialties. i'll control that as i get home with extra training and detox dieting.i promise i'll post some photos when i go back home.
i have to get ready for the beach..
